1. "Lot Bin" indicates that a product has a "Serial Number" . Serial numbers are used to identify inventory.  This is setup on the Product Master.

2. When shipping a transfer for such items, a details button  will be added on the screen.

3. Go into the details and enter the serial numbers. Refer to Figure 1

   1. Double click on "Lot/Serial No" field and select the serial number

   2. Bin No - Bin No is updated with the existng bin of the item.

   3. Date - Date us auto updated from Product Master.

   4. Ship Qty - Enter the ship quantity for the transfer.

• The labels for Lot Bin detail can be configured on menu 233.
